By accessing or using the Novenkop website and its games, you enter into a binding agreement with Novenkop Trading Ltd. Virtual Currency (Trade Scraps) Regulations
Our platform operates exclusively on a virtual currency called "Trade Scraps" (TSC). These scraps are provided for free and are used solely to play games like Dust Runner and Oasis Roulette. Trade Scraps have absolutely no real-world monetary value. They cannot be purchased, traded, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash or real-world prizes under any circumstances. Novenkop is a 100% free social casino.
Prohibited Activities and Violations
To maintain a fair and enjoyable environment in the canyon, certain activities are strictly prohibited. These include attempting to hack, exploit, or modify game mechanics, using automated bots to accumulate Trade Scraps, or engaging in abusive behavior towards other players or support staff. Violating these rules will result in immediate account termination and the forfeiture of all virtual progress and Trade Scraps.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content on the Novenkop platform, including the lore of the Novenkop Canyon, game designs, graphics, soundscapes, and the Trade Scraps concept, is the exclusive intellectual property of Novenkop Trading Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and play the games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform.
Platform Limitations and Liability
Novenkop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure smooth gameplay, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency, game progress, or achievements resulting from server issues, maintenance, or technical glitches. Because no real money is involved, our liability is strictly limited to providing the entertainment service as described.
